Development Projects in Montclair

Martin Schwartz, a long-standing Member and the Mayor's representative on the the Montclair Planning Board will speak at the next Rotary lunch meeting, Tues. Nov. 28th regarding the status of township development projects, i.e. Seymour St., Lackawanna Plaza and others.   He will address issues of importance to residents including neighborhood character and preservation, re-development zones and over-development and parking concerns.
