Sovos Brands Locates Headquarters in Montclair

Our speaker is Risa Cretella, Senior Vice President and Group Manager at Sovos Brands, which has its headquarters office in Montclair in the former Montclair Savings Bank building at the corner of Bloomfield and Glenfield avenues. Sovos Brands’ guiding principles are the following:

ShelterBox, Helps Shelter People Around the World

Our speaker is Len Nemeroff. He is a ShelterBox USA Ambassador and a member of the Rotary Club of Hamilton Township, New Jersey. A few years ago, Len was inducted into the ShelterBox Hall of Fame for raising more than $100,000. Len will discuss ShelterBox’s mission of helping to rebuild people lives and communities after a disaster. The sturdy, green ShelterBoxes (see attached photo) are designed to hold practical tools and utensils that help to create a framework for everyday life. Each box contains a family-sized tent that protects people from the elements and provides a safe space. Additional contents usually include solar lights, water storage and purification equipment, thermal blankets and cooking gear. |

Montclair Rotary Presents Business-to-Business Networking Event For Local Businesses on Feb. 11 Chance to Build New Alliances, and Gain Insights about Financial & Tax Planning Montclair, New Jersey (Feb. 4, 2020) – The Montclair Rotary Club is sponsoring a networking event to foster connections between the community’s many small businesses. Local companies are invited to the Rotary’s “Business-to-Business Forum and Networking Evening” on Tuesday, Feb. 11, beginning at 5:30 p.m. There will be speakers, in addition to refreshments and a door prize. Attendees are encouraged to bring plenty of business cards as well as content about their companies, its products and services. The meeting is open to small business owners ranging from sole proprietors to companies with two to 200 employees. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties is hosting the free event in its offices, located at 695 Bloomfield Ave. The company’s building is on the corner of Bloomfield Avenue and Bell Street.
